I am committed to assisting you with gaining restoration and wholeness. Through working collaboratively together, healing happens! I specialize in the treatment of trauma & PTSD as well as anxiety & depression for teens to adults. I have a holistic approach and my specialty is Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing & Somatic Therapy that produce lasting results.

There is a growing body of research that supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy. Neuroscience research reveals individuals that practice these techniques are happier, more resilient, and better equipped to heal painful memories from the past. It is my honor and mission to help my clients move past what’s blocking them from reaching their full potential individually and in their relationships.

With honesty and compassion I will work with you to create an open channel of communication. The goal of our therapy sessions together, will be to help you develop the mental fortitude needed to lead a successful life. Additionally, we will work on the skill of self-compassion, which will allow you to move more easily through difficult times in the future, as well as become a more productive and happier person.
