Great to meet you!

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by life's challenges, you are in the right place. I’m Kristi Lampe. I obtained my M.Ed and am a Iicensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC). My passion is to help teens and adults break through the barriers holding them back. Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant noise of anxiety, or the profound pain of trauma and grief, I am here to help you find your footing.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, blending evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Let's work together to make sense of your patterns, process your pain, and build a life that feels authentic and balanced.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a collaborative intake and discovery session designed to help us get to know each other. It is completely normal to feel nervous, but my primary goal is to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.

Here is what we will cover in our first session:

  • Welcome & Comfort: We will establish a safe environment. Because my approach is trauma-informed, you always control the pace of what you share.
  • Understanding Your Goals: We will discuss what brings you to therapy—whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or trauma—and what you hope to achieve.
  • Your Background: We will gather a brief snapshot of your current life, relationships, and history to help me understand you as a whole person.
  • Our Collaborative Plan: We will discuss how tools from CBT, ACT, and EFT can be tailored to support your healing and growth.
  • Your Questions: You will have plenty of time to ask me about my approach, credentials, or the therapy process itself.
