Great to meet you!

I am an actively practicing board-certified psychiatrist & have expertise in treating individuals who identify as female as well as treating young professionals.

I attended UCLA for my undergraduate degree, SUNY Downstate College of Medicine for medical school & completed residency training in psychiatry at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. I have a Perinatal Mental Health Certification. Additionally, I have been featured in Huffington Post, SELF magazine, Women’s Health, Yahoo news & more.

My approach to therapy

As a board certified psychiatrist, my approach to working with clients is holistic and individualized. I believe that each person brings their unique narrative, context & experiences to the table, which profoundly shape the nuances of their mental health.

My deep-rooted knowledge in psychopharmacology & psychotherapy enables me to understand the delicate interplay between the brain, mind & body.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself on being approachable & easy to talk to. I strive to create an environment where my clients feel heard, respected & comfortable sharing their innermost thoughts and feelings. This includes being culturally sensitive, nonjudgmental & empathic at all times.

Whether I'm helping you navigate a difficult life transition, manage a chronic mental health disorder, or simply providing a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, my primary goal is to facilitate growth and healing.
