Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kristina Gianola, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves and others. I take a warm, down-to-earth approach, creating a safe space where you can explore your emotions, heal past wounds, and move toward healthier patterns. My work is rooted in systems and parts work, meaning we’ll look at how your relationships and different aspects of yourself shape your experiences. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, or relationship challenges, we’ll work together to help you build insight, confidence, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change, so I focus on building trust and meeting you where you are. Using a systems and parts-based perspective, I help clients explore how their relationships, past experiences, and inner dynamics shape their emotions and behaviors. Rather than just treating symptoms, we work together to uncover deeper patterns, strengthen self-awareness, and develop tools that feel authentic and sustainable. My goal is to support you in creating lasting change and a more fulfilling, connected life.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more clarity, self-understanding, and confidence in their ability to navigate challenges. My goal is to help you recognize unhelpful patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop tools that fit your life. You can expect a space where you feel safe to be yourself—without judgment—while we work together toward meaningful change. Whether it’s building healthier relationships, improving self-esteem, or finding better ways to manage emotions, therapy is about creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling to you.
