Great to meet you!
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are carrying stress, grief, or experiences that have been difficult to talk about. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported as we work through whatever challenges you may be facing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, stress, grief, and major life transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with people who have experienced difficult and overwhelming life circumstances, including violence, loss, and chronic stress. My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed care. Together, we focus on understanding your experiences, identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and developing practical tools to help you move forward.
Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, or burnout. Therapy can be a place to process difficult experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and begin creating the kind of life you want for yourself.
