Great to meet you!

I offer a supportive space where you feel safe, seen, and accepted. You may be carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or feeling stuck — longing for relief, healing, and reconnection with yourself. Through EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, we work together to process pain, restore balance, and build inner resilience — at your own pace, with care and compassion guiding every step.

I can be particularly helpful in helping you develop more self-acceptance, more insight, and teach you different tools to support your mental health and well-being. I use EMDR and Somatic Experiencing to gently process trauma and restore nervous system balance.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of support, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care. Healing begins with connection — reach out when you’re ready, and know that the sooner we start, the sooner things can begin to shift.

A bit about my approach to therapy

1. Engagement phase:

We discuss boundaries, confidentiality, informed consent, and risk of treatment.

2. Assessment phase:

We gather more information about you and what brings you in so that we can figure out how I can best help you.

3. Planning/intervention phase:

We work together to plan and make sure treatment goes the way you want it to go.

4. Evaluation/Termination phase:

We check-in to see if therapy is going the way you want it to go or if you need something else in therapy.

What you can expect from our first session
