Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Case Manager (CCM) based in California. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology, all completed at Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. I moved to California in 2017, where I became licensed and have spent over a decade working in mental health across clinical and case management settings.
My professional experience has allowed me to work with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, codependency, family related conflict, infertility, work related stress, parenting stress, ADHD, sleep issues, and major life transitions. I primarily work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and meaningful change in their lives.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices. I also take a strength-based approach, helping you recognize the resilience and insight you already carry, while building new tools that align with your goals.
On a more personal level, I understand how complex it can be to balance different roles and responsibilities while still trying to take care of yourself. Many of my clients appreciate that I bring a grounded, down-to-earth presence into the room. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being fully yourself—without pressure or judgment.
Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you in moving toward the version of yourself you want to become.
