Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when emotions become difficult to manage, relationships feel strained, or circumstances leave us feeling stuck and unsure of our next steps. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop practical tools for lasting growth and healing.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, and self-esteem issues. I also have experience supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, learning differences, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has strengths that can help them move through life’s challenges, even when those strengths feel difficult to access. My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you as you discover greater clarity, resilience, and confidence in yourself. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I strive to create an environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, reviewing your history, and exploring any concerns, challenges, or goals that are important to you.

Together, we will identify the areas you would like to focus on and begin developing a personalized treatment plan that reflects your needs and priorities. Before the session ends, we will discuss next steps and schedule future appointments so you have a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and questions are always welcome. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive environment and will be happy to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
