Great to meet you!

I'm Tasha. I started this psychological journey as a poverty-stricken youth and former homeless mother of 2. Since, I've earned a master's degree and became, as I like to say, a new kind of therapist! I now have 13+ years of professional experience and a lifetime of personal experience!

My approach to therapy

Now serving Louisiana and Texas! My story: I thought I could do it all & on my own. I was "ok" ignoring all the signs like panic attacks, staying in bed all day, and obsessing over every little decision, mistake or adversity. I've learned to accept some things & change others by understanding that life is what I choose it to be! My current goal is to help you diminish suicidal thoughts, express yourself more effectively, and manage your moods. I want you to be "ok" and even better than ok!

What you can expect from me

So, we have some work to do! If you're willing to learn, I will teach you how to manage your mental health and thrive! We must first get you to love yourself, trust yourself, and see yourself "as is" in order to change and manage your anxiety/depression, decrease irrational thinking and behaviors, reduce work stress, and build healthy relationships. Ready?
