Great to meet you!

As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I believe that it is a privilege to be allowed to be a part of my client's journey and witness the positive impact that quality mental health care can have on their overall wellbeing. I have 10+ years in the field of mental health and work with clients aged 5-50 treating a variety of mental health conditions. Seeking help takes courage and I am proud of you for taking this step!

My approach to therapy

Although I work with people from various backgrounds and walks of life, I have a profound passion for working with children and adolescents, as well as with minority college students and young professionals with families of their own. My approach is holistic, meaning I consider the physical, mental, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of each client. I strongly believe that every patient deserves to be seen and heard without judgement, and act as a partner in their own care!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will complete an initial psychiatric evaluation to help identify your current mental state and determine what symptoms you are experiencing and their severity. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment where you will not feel judged, but one where you will feel both seen and heard! As a true partner in your journey, I will listen to your story, and we will work together to create a plan that is unique to your individual needs.
