Laura Aiken

I am a licensed professional counselor who works with ages 13 and up. My background is in addiction and I spent several years working at a recovery home and with drug courts. I also have training experience in working with trauma survivors. In addition, I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other life concerns.

I use an integrative approach encompassing the traditional methods of DBT, CBT, and talk therapy while incorporating non-traditional approaches such as nature therapy. Because each person's needs are different, I tailor my sessions to your individual needs.

My goal is to help clients achieve balance and find joy in their lives.
