Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel both grounding and empowering. I became a therapist after experiencing firsthand how transformative it is to have someone in your corner during life’s most challenging moments.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work and a dual Bachelor’s in Psychology and Spanish. My professional background includes work in emergency rooms, intensive outpatient programs and the mental health tech sector.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership — a place where you can be fully yourself while also being gently challenged to grow.

I specialize in trauma (EMDR), OCD and anxiety (ERP), and use mindfulness and yoga-based techniques to help calm the body and mind. I’m especially passionate about working with high-performing professionals and athletes who appear confident on the outside but struggle with imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or low self-worth. Together, we’ll work toward building self-trust, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of confidence — both in and outside of performance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll take time to understand your current challenges, past experiences, and vision for your life. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals so you have a clear sense of what you’re working toward.

Depending on your needs, I may suggest readings, mindfulness tools, or structured approaches like EMDR or ERP. For clients with OCD, treatment includes practicing skills and challenges outside of sessions to build confidence and resilience.
