Great to meet you!

My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to freely express your thoughts and feelings about life's complexities. Together we will work on making changes to benefit your life. I believe everyone is capable of change, but does not know how to do the work. I want to motivate you to succeed at creating the life that you want.

My approach to therapy

My specialty includes substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), life transitions, relationships, & severe mental illness. I work w/ adolescents, adults, couples, families, Veteran's and the LGBTQIA community. I also focus on relationship patterns, and how to identify and change habits that prevent closeness and intimacy. I value Mindfulness and acknowledge that every person is unique.

What you can expect from me

I know how difficult it can be reach out and choose to be vulnerable, it is scary and hard work! I also know how beneficial it can be to find your truest and best self. I have over 14 years of experience working with individuals who want to find a new path, one that offers insight, self-worth, and change. My sessions are 50 minutes and I recommend at least one time per week (we can discuss more). I feel honored to be let into your world.
