Becoming a parent is one of the most significant life transitions we experience, and it can bring up stress, grief, and trauma in unexpected ways. Past experiences, like earlier losses, difficult relationships, or traumatic events, can resurface or feel different when trying to conceive, or during pregnancy and postpartum. My work focuses on perinatal mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy or infant loss, and grief.
