Great to meet you!

Becoming a parent is one of the most significant life transitions we experience, and it can bring up stress, grief, and trauma in unexpected ways. Past experiences, like earlier losses, difficult relationships, or traumatic events, can resurface or feel different when trying to conceive, or during pregnancy and postpartum. My work focuses on perinatal mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, traumatic birth experiences, pregnancy or infant loss, and grief. I specialize in helping individuals make sense of how past stress and trauma may be affecting them now, while supporting healing, resilience, and adjustment during

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults navigating the emotional challenges of the perinatal period. I work with individuals and couples to navigate this period. I have experience working with perinatal mental health, such as postpartum anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. I take a direct, solutions-based approach and take a non-judgmental stance toward all of my patients. I believe that we are all doing our best, and can still strive to do better, and I work with patients to find that balance.

What you can expect from me

If you are unsure if therapy is for you, feel free to schedule a 15 minute consult call to learn more about my practice and style. I look forward to connecting!
