Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals heal and thrive. My work focuses on supporting clients through trauma, stress, and life transitions using a blend of mindfulness-based practices and evidence-based therapies. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you can explore challenges in a safe and compassionate space while developing tools to reconnect with your inner strength.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I believe that healing happens in a safe, supportive relationship where you feel seen and understood. Drawing from mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and relational therapy, I help clients find calm in the present while gently working through the experiences that continue to cause pain.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as EMDR, narrative work, and mindfulness techniques to support both emotional and physical regulation. Together, we explore the patterns and relationships that shape your life, while building skills to create healthier connections—with yourself and others.

At the heart of my work is the belief that every person has resilience and wisdom within them. My role is to help you reconnect with that strength, so you can move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe, supportive space. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll talk about your history, current challenges, and any goals you’d like to set, while also leaving room for questions you may have about the therapy process.

This is also a time for you to see how it feels to work with me. I understand that opening up isn’t always easy, so we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of the first session, most clients leave with a sense of relief, clarity, and a beginning direction for therapy.

You don’t need to prepare anything special—just bring yourself. Together, we’ll start laying the foundation for your healing and growth.
