Great to meet you!

I have over 10 years experience working as a licensed clinical psychologist. I earned my doctorate degree from the University of Denver and have practiced in a number of settings including community mental health, a college counseling center, active duty military and veterans clinics, and psychiatric hospitals.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma-informed care, and relational therapy. With compassion and curiosity, we’ll explore patterns and experiences that may be keeping you stuck so you can move toward a freer, more fulfilling life and healthier relationships.

Clients often describe my style as warm, compassionate, and thoughtful. My goal is for you to feel understood while also being gently challenged to grow. I’m passionate about helping people discover their strengths and use them to build more fulfilling lives and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you’ll have space to share what you’re currently struggling with while I ask questions to better understand how it’s affecting your life. We’ll also focus on building trust and helping you feel comfortable as we begin the therapy process together.
