Great to meet you!

I believe every person is seeking, and deserves, to be seen, heard, and understood. For me, the most important part of being one’s therapist is to provide them with a safe space - physically, emotionally, and mentally. I strive to understand and accept each journey, believing that this foundation will create the safety and security one needs to grow and heal. My joy and passion for my work comes from connecting with my clients and giving them what we are all seeking - empathy and acceptance.

My approach to therapy

Many find my laid back and casual approach comforting; I keep my office well stocked with snacks and cozy pillows, and love to listen to life stories over coffee or a long walk outside. I encourage clients to use whatever language they feel best communicates their experiences (even the spicy four-letter words). I recognize the honor that is placed on me to be the receiver of each personal story of pain, loss, and heartbreak and will treat each chapter of the story with respect and compassion.

What you can expect from me

I offer an integrated treatment model, structured around attachment (relational) focused work and focus on one's inner child. I take time to explore each client’s strengths and values and will consider a variety of interventions that would best fit the uniqueness of the client. Those who are seeking to live their truth in diverse identities are welcomed and honored in my presence.
