Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a licensed professional counselor based in Pennsylvania who works mostly with adults going through life transitions. Change can be stressful, but it can also lead to growth and self-discovery. I’m here to help make sense of those in-between times. My experience spans from working with children to older adults, in settings ranging from residential programs to outpatient care—and now virtual therapy.

My approach to therapy

My style is casual, curious, and collaborative. I like to meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure. All I ask is that you’re willing to be honest about what you'd like to get out of therapy or are open to exploring that together if you’re not sure yet.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to go at your own pace while sharing what feels important. You’re welcome to ask me questions about myself or the therapy process. As sessions go on, I sometimes encourage small weekly goals if that feels useful, but we’ll always tailor things to what works best for you.
