Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy feeling like they’re too much, not enough, hard to love, or somehow living the wrong life. I believe those stories deserve to be questioned. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, identity shifts, relationship changes, family-of-origin wounds, and major life transitions. My practice is for people who want more than symptom relief. They want to understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep repeating. Together, we’ll explore the experiences, meanings, and defenses that shaped you while creating space for more freedom, authenticity, and a life that feels more deeply your own.

My approach to therapy

I practice relational, psychodynamic, and somatically informed therapy because lasting change comes from understanding, not just managing, what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll look at attachment, trauma, unconscious patterns, and the stories you’ve inherited about who you’re supposed to be. I ask thoughtful questions, notice recurring themes, and gently challenge what’s keeping you stuck. My style is warm, direct, curious, and engaged. We’ll laugh when it’s helpful, sit with what’s difficult when it’s necessary, and make room for insight that creates meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to perform here. You deserve a therapist who can hold your pain without treating you like you’re broken. Bring the messy, uncertain, contradictory parts of yourself. They’re all welcome. You can expect honesty delivered with compassion. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, while also telling you the truth when it matters. I won’t judge you, rush you, or let you stay stuck in stories that no longer serve you. Therapy with me is a place to think deeply, laugh often, ask hard questions, and feel fully human.
