Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the human capacity to heal and grow. I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it can be to have a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported. For more than a decade, I’ve supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, major life transitions, and new motherhood. I especially enjoy working with clients who are curious about themselves and ready to engage in the meaningful work of change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and attachment-based work to create a treatment plan that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what's bringing you to therapy. We'll discuss your current challenges, your goals, and any relevant background, while making sure you feel comfortable and supported
