Great to meet you!

I obtained my counseling degree from the College of William and Mary in 2021 with a drive to explore and treat trauma-related disorders. I have experience providing psychotherapy to clients with histories of complex trauma, including narcissistic abuse, neglect, estrangement, and abandonment.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in existential-humanistic theory and views therapy as a living, relational space—one in which clients can safely experiment with new ways of being with themselves and others. I attend closely to the here-and-now and the interpersonal dynamics that unfold in the room, using them as pathways toward insight, meaning, and change. I am trained in EMDR and am IFS-informed, and I frequently integrate these modalities to address symptoms in a proactive, compassionate way that supports nervous system regulation and deeper self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

I hope clients leave their first session with a sense of safety, curiosity, and hope. I believe that meaningful change emerges through exploring and encountering the self within the safety of a therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where that kind of exploration feels possible.
