Life can often be challenging, and I like to help others feel confident in their ability to get through those tough times. I am a licensed mental health counselor with training in cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and psychodynamic therapy. I often work with clients who are LGBTQIA+ identified and/or ethically non-monogamous. I also work with people experiencing a variety of life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship stress, and trauma.
I offer my clients a nonjudgmental space where they can explore their feelings, learn more about themselves, and continue to grow. If we work together, you can expect to explore yourself more deeply, learn better strategies for managing emotions, and work to change harmful thought patterns. I also understand that every person has their own unique goals and preferences for therapy, so I collaborate with each client to develop a plan that is tailored to them.
If you are looking to alleviate the depression and anxiety you feel in your daily life, manage stress better, or feel more confident in yourself, please do not hesitate to reach out. Starting therapy can sometimes be hard, but I try to make this journey as comfortable as possible for everyone.
