Great to meet you!

As a new or expecting mom, starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to begin. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can bring up anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, and emotions you may not expect. I’m here to help you feel supported, understand your needs, and build on your strengths as you move through this deeply personal season.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in perinatal mental health and offer compassionate, client-centered support during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting. As a licensed independent clinical social worker with training in birth work, childbirth education, and prenatal yoga, I bring a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy.

What you can expect from me

You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. My goal is to offer care that feels grounding, empowering, and tailored to your experience. If you’re looking for support during pregnancy, postpartum, or early parenting, I welcome you to reach out.
