I am passionate about helping people navigate not only trauma and anxiety, but all aspects of themselves, their intersecting identities, and their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is open, transparent, creative, and collaborative. We’ll find what works best for you by drawing from your experience along with the tools I’ve gathered throughout my training and professional work.
