Healing begins with being seen, heard, and met with compassion. I offer a warm, collaborative approach to therapy that honors your whole self—mind, body, and lived experience. I believe we each carry inner wisdom, even if it’s been buried by pain or by the choices we’ve had to make to survive. Together, we can explore what’s been hard to hold alone, shift how you respond to challenges, and build skills like self-compassion and resilience, creating space to respond rather than react.
I specialize in working with individuals who may not see themselves reflected in traditional therapy spaces, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, those in consensual non-monogamy (CNM) or alternative relationships, and people who identify as kink- or sex-positive. My practice is grounded in awareness of how systemic oppression—bias, stereotyping, and discrimination—can shape our inner lives and experiences. I also bring experience supporting individuals navigating substance use alongside emotional and relational challenges.
