I earned my Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2000. I have served teenagers the past 20 years inpatient and outpatient. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy working with adults too. I truly love the work I do!

I strive to create a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel heard and supported. I focus on building strong therapeutic alliances, setting collaborative goals, and fostering resilience and self-awareness in my clients.
