Great to meet you!

I’m a Colorado‐licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping people move through life’s hardest moments. I work with a calm, steady presence and a deep respect for each person’s story. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in real‐world experience. I care about creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and never judged. My goal is to help you feel stronger, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle but honest, focused on helping you understand your emotions and build practical tools for daily life. I draw from trauma‐informed, strengths‐based methods that honor your pace and your lived experience. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human conversation. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and find strategies that help you move forward with confidence. I meet you exactly where you are and walk with you from there.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. I’ll ask gentle, open‐ended questions to understand your goals, your history, and what support feels most helpful to you. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and a clear plan for what our work together might look like. My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, grounded, and hopeful.
