Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. With over 30 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment, I’ve supported many individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand what’s going on and find a path forward that feels realistic and achievable.

My background as a master-certified addiction professional, along with my work in mental health counseling, allows me to support clients dealing with a wide range of concerns, from substance use to emotional and behavioral challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on helping you understand how your thoughts influence your emotions and behaviors—and how shifting those patterns can lead to meaningful change.

Together, we’ll work on building awareness, processing experiences, and developing practical tools so you can make decisions that align with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a comfortable, low-pressure conversation where we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. My goal is to help you feel at ease, supported, and leave with a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
