Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a strong background in both mental health and critical care nursing. I’m calm, practical, and used to helping people through high-stress situations. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. Reaching out for support takes great courage and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while we work together toward meaningful healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, real-life approach to care. We’ll work together to understand what’s going on and build a plan that makes sense for YOU—not a one-size-fits-all solution. I combine medication management with practical tools and strategies, and I focus on helping you feel better in a way that’s sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, history, and goals. I’ll guide the conversation and help create an initial treatment plan, including whether medication may be helpful, which I am licensed to prescribe. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of next steps and a plan moving forward.
