Great to meet you!

I know reaching out for support isn't always easy, so my goal is to make therapy feel like a place where you can simply show up as yourself. I'm a compassionate, collaborative, and genuine therapist, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to make sense of what's going on, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I bring 9 years of clinical experience to our sessions, along with specialized training in approaches like Gottman Method couples therapy, CBT, DBT, and ADHD support. I work closely with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating those complicated, challenging seasons of life. Often, these hurdles start spilling over into other areas, whether it’s straining your closest relationships, creating stress at work or school, or causing you to question and wrestle with your religious or spiritual beliefs.

While I help clients through a wide range of challenges, I specialize deeply in a few specific areas:

  • Trauma: Helping you process and heal from painful past experiences so they stop heavy-handing your present.
  • Grief: Walking with you through the heavy, unpredictable waves of loss at a pace that feels safe for you.
  • Substance Use: Providing a supportive, compassionate space to navigate your relationship with substances and build a healthier path forward.

Whatever you are carrying, you don't have to carry it alone. We will take it one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

When it comes to how we’ll work together, I take a person-centered approach. What that really means is you are the expert on your own life. I’m not here to lecture you or tell you what to do; instead, we’ll collaborate as a team. I meet you exactly where you are with complete empathy, respect, and zero judgment, tailoring our time to whatever feels most helpful to you.
