Great to meet you!

Before starting my own private practice, I provided psychotherapy for the Florida Department of Health, the US Department of Veterans Affairs, and Collins Counseling. I've received extensive training in helping trauma survivors. As a therapist I enjoy helping people find hope, healing, and recovery. Most of the people I serve are seeking help with issues like Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and life transitions. I believe that effective treatment helps people explore opportunities to improve their Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Social, and Spiritual Health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, trauma informed, and holistic. I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, EMDR, ACT, Somatic therapy, Problem Solving Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Harm Reduction, Relapse Prevention, Interpersonal Therapy for Depression, and other evidence-based treatments. My style is very casual and nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from me

Each session will offer you the opportunity to choose the issues we discuss. My goal is for you to leave each session with a sense of Hope about things you can do to improve your life.
