Counseling, therapy, mental health, are all cringe to consider, but I can make your counseling experience easier. Soy bilingue. I am bilingual in Eng/Span, I have 5 years experience treating youth and adult for substance abuse and general mental health. I live successfully with ADHD, I am 16-years into recovery, and am a proud member of the LGBTQ family. I am also a father, a brother, a mentor to many youth, and a humble servant to my community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Your therapeutic process will start with my efforts to identify the connection between you and I. Establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance is key to the effectiveness of any intervention used in your sessions. My objective is to empower you to use your innate abilities to heal the trauma, then reconnect healthy thoughts to healthy emotions that manifest to healthy acts/behaviors.
