Great to meet you!

With over nine years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy. My clinical foundation is rooted in solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and attachment-based work. I also incorporate systems theory to understand the broader context influencing my clients' lives.

I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, families, and adults across a range of settings, including STRTPs and community-based care. I am passionate about helping clients build on their strengths, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to take ownership of their healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, strength-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I integrate solution-focused techniques to help clients set realistic goals and build momentum toward meaningful change. Drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I support clients in identifying unhelpful thought patterns and developing practical coping strategies.

I am also trauma-informed and attachment-oriented, which means I work to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore past experiences and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Grounded in systems theory, I recognize the importance of family, community, and cultural context in shaping a person’s experiences and resilience.

I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to move forward with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they are encouraged to show up authentically and take an active role in their healing. Together, we’ll work to identify goals, build on strengths, and develop practical tools to manage life’s challenges.

Through our sessions, clients often gain greater self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, healthier communication patterns, and a deeper understanding of how their past experiences may be influencing their present. My aim is to help each client feel more grounded, confident, and capable of navigating relationships, stress, and transitions with greater ease.
