Great to meet you!

For so long, you've been taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to care for yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, family challenges, maternal mental health concerns, the impact of chronic illness, or painful life experiences, it's easy to feel emotionally exhausted and disconnected from the person you want to be. You deserve support that helps you slow down, heal, and move forward with confidence. I partner with individuals experiencing substance use and addiction, family issues, maternal mental health concerns, women's issues, and chronic illness so they can strengthen relationships, build emotional resilience, and create a healthier, more balanced life. Working with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, I strive to create a compassionate, empowering space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped your life while identifying the strengths you already possess and building practical strategies for lasting change. Therapy isn't about becoming someone different. It's about reconnecting with the healthiest version of yourself and creating a life that aligns with your values. My approach incorporates Strength Based Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Client Centered Therapy because every client deserves care that's individualized, collaborative, and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we can work through stress management, anger management, grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and family conflict, while tailoring every session to your unique goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, collaborative relationship where you feel accepted, encouraged, and empowered from the very first session. I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and compassion while helping you recognize your strengths, celebrate your progress, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you're healing from trauma, adjusting to a chronic health condition, supporting your family, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you while building practical tools that continue supporting your wellbeing long after therapy ends. My hope is that you leave each session feeling stronger, more resilient, and confident in your ability to move forward.
