Great to meet you!

Many of the people I support grew up with emotionally immature parents, are recovering from perfectionism, or are individuals and couples seeking more fulfilling ways of connecting. They often struggle with self-doubt, people-pleasing, anxiety, or feeling responsible for everyone else's needs. Couples may find themselves having the same arguments, feeling misunderstood, or longing for deeper connection. Together, we explore what shaped these patterns and create more secure, meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches and adapt them to your needs. EMDR helps clients process trauma stored in the body and nervous system. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy help reframe patterns that no longer serve you. Attachment-Based and Gestalt approaches explore how your early relationships and present-moment experience shape who you are and how you connect.

My style is warm but direct. I'm not going to sit quietly while you struggle — I'll be an active presence in your work. I genuinely care about making progress with you, not just holding a space for you to circle the same material week after week.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation. I'll ask about what brought you here, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping to feel or do differently. I want to understand your life — your relationships, your background, what matters most to you — not just your symptoms.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit and what working together could look like going forward. There's no pressure to commit after one session, and there's nothing you need to have figured out before we talk. Come as you are.
