Great to meet you!

I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, past hurts, and life transitions that can feel overwhelming to carry alone. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to offer a supportive, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood as we work toward greater peace, confidence, and connection in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, practical, and grounded in meeting you where you are. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build tools to manage difficult emotions, heal from painful experiences, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change that feels realistic and lasting.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. We’ll begin talking through what has been weighing on you most and what support would feel most helpful right now. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to connect and take that first step with you.
