Great to meet you!

My approach is to be respectful of every person. I listen with an open heart, truly valuing the dignity & worth of every individual that I meet. I will do my best to help better understand that your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all connected. Most of the time, I find that we need to work backwards and see what the problem behaviors are, then identify those feelings affecting us and finally get to the thoughts and limiting beliefs that are the root cause of the disturbance.

My approach to therapy

Overall, I am an empathic listener, I have great insight for patterns and I love helping people feel better. I also love to read and can recommend books for different themes. Faith and spirituality do play a big role in recovery, however, even if you don’t practice any faith, we can still do great work around the faith you have in yourself to be able to find improved coping skills, function as a healthier person and feel better about yourself.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to being like a clean mirror that reflects back to you what is working in your life, what is not working and how to best manage getting better in whatever way suits you best. I meet you where you are and I am here to listen with an open heart.
