Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I deeply honor the courage it takes to seek support from someone new.

With over 13 years of experience across diverse communities, I’ve learned that healing begins with self-awareness — the doorway to understanding, growth, and lasting confidence. My goal is to create a safe space where you can reflect honestly, gather insight, and begin to “aim to understand” yourself and others.

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), addiction recovery through a 12-step lens, and rehabilitation counseling. I’m certified as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, CRC, and LPCC in California.

Your story matters, and I’m here to meet it with care, curiosity, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

While I take mental health seriously, my approach is anything but rigid. I’m known for blending compassion, empathy, and kindness with a down-to-earth style that welcomes all perspectives. Humor often finds its way into our sessions — not to dismiss the hard stuff, but to help us breathe through it. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and supported, and I use plenty of positive affirmations to remind you of your strength along the way.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you grow into the version of yourself that feels more steady, more you. Life throws a lot our way, and sometimes we need new tools to handle it — but often, you’ve already got more strength and wisdom than you realize. I’m here to help you spot those tools, build new ones, and use them in ways that actually work for your life.

We’ll work together to sort through whatever’s showing up — stress, big emotions, tough decisions, changes, or just figuring out how to move forward. Whether it’s adjusting to something new, working through old patterns, or just trying to feel more balanced, we’ll take it one step at a time. I believe that when things start to make sense, life starts to feel a little lighter.
