Great to meet you!

I have over 8 years in the mental health field ranging from different positions (From Mental Health Tech to LPC) and genuinely enjoy helping others. As an LPC counseling is not just a job for me but a way to help bring connection into the world and have a sense of community. I have a lot of previous experience in couple's counseling, individual counseling, and crisis counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client centered. I try and meet the client's where they are in terms of what goals they want to complete. While still providing some challenge to ensure clients get the proper education and insight to their issues. I range from providing talk therapy to videos, worksheets, etc.

What you can expect from me

I want clients to walk away from sessions feeling that they have made the right decision in choosing me to help them with their mental health journey. Some sessions may be harder than others but I always want the client to walk away feeling confident that I am their provider.
