My approach to therapy

Lilah has provided services to those with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss and addictions from adolescents to dual diagnosis to older adults in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Lilah utilizes a combination of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, The Grief Recovery Method, EMDR and a trauma-focused approach to help clients feel supported, validated and making improvements towards their goals.

What you can expect from me

Lilah believes that clients do their best work when they feel empowered and supported within the therapeutic alliance. By using a client-centered approach that individually focuses on what a client’s goals are at that moment in their lives they can begin to see positive changes in their ways of thinking, reacting, and behaviors.
