Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with six years of clinical experience. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from East Stroudsburg University and my Master’s in Arts in Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Trauma Studies from Eastern University.

I use different modalities and interventions such as attachment-focused work, trauma-informed CBT, solution-focused strategies, and person-centered techniques to create warm, conversational sessions that both support and challenge clients. I have experience working with clients of all ages with a range of presenting problems such as anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, childhood trauma and more.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dog, spending time with my family, trying new coffee spots and exercising.

If you don't see the availability you are looking for, this can be discussed during our 15 minute consultation call. I am willing to work with you!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood, using evidence-based techniques while also emphasizing empathy and personal growth. I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, stress, and life transitions, helping them build coping skills and resilience.

What you can expect from me

In the first few sessions, clients can expect a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where we get to know each other and discuss your goals. I focus on understanding your experiences, identifying challenges, and collaboratively setting realistic, meaningful goals. The session is a space to start building trust, explore your needs, and outline a plan that feels supportive and personalized.
