Great to meet you!

Hello. I am a California-licensed clinical psychologist with 25+ years of experience dealing with people of various ages, backgrounds, and issues. I will help you deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. I use an eclectic approach from different theoretical orientations that are evidence-based and suitable to your needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is quite proactive. Once you have identified your problem (s) and goals in therapy, I will tailor-fit evidence-based approaches and skills to help you reach your goals using an eclectic theoretical framework, such as cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic. This is your healing journey that we'll take together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an intake of past and present information about your family, mental health, and medical information. We'll focus on your presenting symptoms and problems. I will then present to you my impressions of both your diagnosis and an appropriate treatment plan. We hope that this first session will provide guidance, clarity, and knowledge as to your problems and potential solutions. I welcome your feedback and participation as this is focused on your self-care.
