Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy should feel supportive, practical and real. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, or major life transitions and just want to feel like themselves again. This is a space where you can talk openly without judgment while also gaining tools that actually help in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and clear about your next steps.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and solution-focused. I believe therapy should help you understand yourself better while also giving you practical ways to handles challenges. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and strengths-based strategies to help you move forward. We work together to find what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know you and what you're going through. You can expect a relaxed conversation where we talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope will change. We'll start identifying goals and a direction for our work together. Most people leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and excited.
