I graduated with a BA in Religion from Furman University and an MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I delight in my clients and continually seek to learn and grow in my work.
I know what it is like to feel alone without any hope that things will get better. After battling an eating disorder for over a decade and going through my own extensive therapy, I’ve been on a journey to help other women find freedom from body shame and food-related issues.
It is one of my life’s greatest joys to come alongside clients as they discover who they are and the beauty that has been given to them by God. It is an honor to walk with clients as they pursue greater self-awareness and self-compassion, specifically in the area of body shame and food issues.
