Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has worked in a variety of settings including working in an inpatient medical setting (NICU) and outpatient community mental health. I have a certificate in CBT and have worked extensively with women during the perinatal period. I have worked with a range of diagnoses, but primarily focus on anxiety and depression. I incorporate my knowledge of the nervous system, acceptance work, holistic healing, and the strengths of my clients.

My approach to therapy

I help clients who feel overwhelmed and stuck to strengthen coping skills, promote resilience, and feel empowered. In partnering with my clients to help them create a meaningful life, we will work together to determine your goals and work collaboratively in achieving them. I incorporate concepts from CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic modalities in my practice. I use trauma informed treatment and believe that all people are good inside. I bring warmth, flexibility, and humor into session.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I promote personal growth and self discovery.
