Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Art Therapist, and Artist. My work is dedicated to creating trusting relationships and space for you to be yourself, knowing you can show up just as you are without fear of any judgment. Together we’ll explore the path you’re on and discover the story you’d like to be living.

My approach to therapy

I use an organic and intuitive approach, collaborating with you to address your immediate needs. We will focus on facilitating awareness and insight in order for you to create a new story of strength and resilience, gain perspective on symptoms, root causes, and/or better understand and manage diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of emotional clarity, groundedness, and self-compassion.Whether we're exploring anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Sessions often include insight-building, perspective shifts, and practical tools—such as Mindful Self-Compassion practices—that you can carry into your daily life. If you're open to Art Therapy, you'll also engage with creative, playful methods that gently access deeper emotions. Above all, you’ll experience a collaborative, non-judgmental space where your unique needs guide the process, and where healing feels both safe and possible.
