Great to meet you!

I want to say how amazing I think it is that you are taking the first step toward making a meaningful and important change in your life. Finding the right person to walk with you through this journey can be challenging, and I hope I can help you make that decision a little bit easier. Do you struggle with overthinking? Are you experiencing anxious thoughts that effect your work life or relationships? Do you lack motivation? Are you having difficulty moving forward from past traumas?

My approach to therapy

Showing compassion, acceptance and understanding are very important tools in communicating with you, helping you work through the thoughts and feelings that have brought you here. My approach ranges from client-centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior, solutions focused, motivational interviewing, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients to help them identify and challenge the limiting beliefs we often unknowingly operate from; to be more present, have healthier relationships, set boundaries, communicate assertively, and live the life they want to be living. I have experience in working with a wide range of concerns and mental health issues.
