Lindsey Mercurio

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor located in New York. I graduated with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester in 2021. After graduation, I spent my time working as a school based therapist providing therapy to those with a history of trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns. I also have experience working with young adults while going through life transitions.

I am inspired by individual's abilities to be self aware and allow themselves to be vulnerable to assist them in growing into the best version of themselves. As your therapist, I will allow you to work at your own pace but also guide and challenge you when needed.

I also value a strong therapeutic relationship and come to every session with warmth, compassion and high energy (there's always time for a good laugh as well)!

Every individual's journey is unique to themselves. We will work to build a strong therapeutic relationship and determine what goals you wish to accomplish throughout your therapeutic journey. Each time we meet, we will work collaboratively to process any past or current stressors that may be impacting your ability to be your best self.
