Lindsy completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Psychology and Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado. Specializing in depression, anxiety, relational trauma and addiction, she has training in Post-Induction Therapy, certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is a Somatic Experiencing (SE) Practitioner.
