Great to meet you!

Growing up as a Latinx individual in New York City has provided me with a profound understanding of how our environment and conflicting influences can shape our identities. Every day brings a range of experiences, and it can be overwhelming to navigate the stress and challenges that life presents. I am here to offer guidance in finding strategies and solutions to help you achieve the peace and balance you seek.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is eclectic, primarily incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In sessions, I prioritize empathy, cultural awareness, transparency, and humor. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and adjustment to life changes. I have experience working with all ages.

What you can expect from our first session

It’s an honor for me to hear my clients’ stories and assist them in finding their own solutions and personal awakenings with the help of therapy. I strive to create a space where you can be heard and seen because you matter.
